YourCash Setting the Standards with High Speed ATMs

United Kingdom — Retailers in the convenience store market have been discovering the advantages of ATMs, especially the Free to Use solution offered by YourCash.

There has been growing demand for the YourCash high speed ATMs from convenience store retailers. YourCash has signed up over 100 convenience stores since its recent pledge to support to retailers by offering them ATM solutions relevant to their business; strengthening the ‘one stop shop’ customer experience.

Internal ATMs provided by independent deployers have been in the UK market for over 10 years, but traditionally these ATMs have charge the customer a fee to withdraw cash. In recent years there has been a noticeable shift towards Free to Use ATMs.

YourCash attended the National Convenience Show at the NEC in March and hosted a live ATM, showing visitors to their stand how technology has moved on to exceed customer expectations.

YourCash deploys more Free to Use ATMs in the UK than any other independent provider with over 1,700 machines. This represents around 32% market share within the independent ATM market (December 2010) showing strong success in the product and services offered to UK businesses. Around 73% of cash withdrawals made through a YourCash ATM in the UK are free to customers (December 2010). YourCash also deploys over 600 Free to Use ATMs in the Netherlands, predominately in the large supermarket chains. In 2010, YourCash ATMs helped customers recycle cash amounting to over £1.8bn in the UK and €0.8bn in the Netherlands via their ATM network.
